I had my windshield replaced recently and was told the after market glass was the same as OEM and explained the only difference was branding. After my initial replacement, my windshield was fogging up potentially due to a leak in the seal. The technician explained this is normal due to the warm weather outside. However my original windshield never did this for the 8 years I have owned the car. After my insistence, the lead technician agreed to make another appointment to replace it again. Cristian explained he would do the work himself and add some foam to help. Immediately after driving off the windshield started fogging up again. I called and spoke with the lead technician Cristian again and he explained I can choose to pay more for the OEM glass but it won’t make a difference and there is nothing more he can do. I was told the manager is out on maternity leave so there is no one else I can speak with about this issue. I am disappointed that I have had to drive back over an hour to the Kenosha location 4 times and the problem has not been solved and I am unable to talk to anyone who can help. It’s disappointing that Safelite has a sign posted about 100 percent customer satisfact

Scheduling service was painless. Had appointments they met my needs . Was able to come to me due to my inability to drive to them . Technician was extremely professional and protected all surfaces around windshield . After install he recalibrated my ADAS system and provided documentation of certification. They were on time and kept me aware of drivers arrival . Truck was vacuumed clean . All receipts and documentation were sent via email. Was verry impressed by the technician. Well spoken, professional and polite.

I had my windshield replaced at Safelite Auto Glass in Kenosha, Wi on May 16, 2026. The whole experience was great, from the moment I booked my appointment until I picked-up my car. The front office clerk was so friendly and courteous. Undre, the installer, was also very friendly and very fast. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes and the price was very comfortable, cheaper than other places. I am very pleased and would recommend this location. Ask for Undre, he's great.

Having a cracked windshield is frustrating, Safelite made it easy to fix. Scheduling was simple, communication was great, the technician was even better. Explanations of what he was repairing was thorough. I'm waiting for some follow up by one of his managers to order some additional parts and I'm hoping that experience is 5 ⭐ as well.
